Take the pork out of the fridge and add 1/4 cup water to the marinade. Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours.

Drain all the liquids and shred the pork using two forks. Mix the remaining ingredients together, mix together with the shredded pork and return to the crock pot on LOW for 1 hour.

Just thought I’d say HI. I was scouting around for walleye ideas and found your blog. I write a food blog in Saint Paul (Moretimeatthetabledotblogspotdotcom–began in 2009 also though we lived in CO then) and while we don’t have 20″ thick ice, we have frozen parks (skating), lakes, ponds, etc.! And, actually, as the icicles over my front door kept melting and re-freezing last week, requiring me to pick away at them an hour at a time, it seemed like 20 inches! Would love to have some walleye I didn’t have to pay $18 per pound for! Happy blogging.
