Caramel Toffee Fruit Dip

Here is a twist on the usual dip for fruit and it involves cream cheese, mmm I love cream cheese, and this couldn’t be easier to whip together for a get-together and what a great way to get more fruits into everybody…

Caramel Toffee Fruit Dip

Ingredients:

1-8 ounce package cream cheese-softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 bag of toffee chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together with an electric blender. Serve with cut up Granny Smith Apples-sprinkle a little bit of lemon juice on the slices so they don't brown over time.

    Yummy, this is perfect dip to use some of the apples in my fridge. It’s harvest time around us and apples are everywhere :-)
