Crab Salad Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Zest of 1 lemon
1/2 red pepper-diced small
1 ripe avocado-diced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pound lump crabmeat-picked through for shells
1 head Boston bibb lettuce-leaves removed and washedDirections:
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, red pepper and avocado. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the crab meat. Arrange the leaves 3 to a plate, placing a spoonful of crab salad in the middle of each leave. Roll up the leaves and devour completely!
