I haven’t really ventured out with many recipes because since I stuffed them with cheese, nothing else matters. There is a wonderul sweet/spicy/tangy quality that hits all the right spot on the palate…
1 pound medium sized peppadews
1 carton Boursin spreadable cheese-in whatever flavor you declare your favorite
On a pretty dish, line up the peppadews.
Using a small zip-loc baggie, put the Boursin cheese into the bag, squishing it to one corner, then cut off the tip of the corner with a scissors.
Pipe the cheese filling into the peppadews and enjoy 'til your hearts content!
