Pimento Cheese Spread
As a kid, I never liked the red part of the olive–you know, the pimento. Now, however, as an adult, I can’t seem to get enough of the stuff! This dip really hit the spot for me, and I hope it will for you too! And nothing gets easier then throwing a few things in a food processor..

Pimento Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) jar pimento-patted dry
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves-minced
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese-shredded
Salt & Pepper to tasteDirections:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 25 times or until it all comes together, but the cheese is still noticeable.
Serve on crackers or use on a hamburger-mmm, my favorite!

So I have some pimento left over from making thousand island dressing… I think I just found what I am going to make with it! I love pimento but I need more recipes! Thanks!
