Peanut Butter Pie

I found this little delight over at Our Family Treat and just knew I had to make it!  Then once I made it, I just knew I had to share it!  I made some changes but it’s basically the same…

Peanut Butter Pie
1 chocolate pie crust-pre-made
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large package instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 small container cool whip
8 mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup-chopped
Mix together the peanut butter and powdered sugar.  Spread into the pie crust.  make pudding as directed on package.  Let set for about 5-10 minutes then spread over the peanut butter filling.  Refrigerate until hard (about 1 hour).  Then top with the cool whip and sprinkle with the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.

Annie — it sounds like a yummy Reese's peanut butter cup pie — peanut butter and chocolate, such a good combination. Have a great weekend. Joni

Yum! This looks good! My Grandma made me an amazing peanut butter pie last weekend but it didn't include chocolate pudding OR mini Reese's peanut butter cups! I'm so excited to try this! Thanks for sharing 🙂
