Pumpkin Dip

INGREDIENTS:

1-8 ounce cream cheese-softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS:

Cream the cheese in a mixer, add brown sugar, then add the spices and pumpkin.  Mix until combined.  Cover and chill overnight.  Serve with molasses or ginger cookies.

    I recently read that pumpkin season was over, and then I started freaking out because I have two sitting on my counter. Thank you for sharing a simple pumpkin recipe! I love the cream cheese part.
