Marinated Pork Loin
This is a great week night meal, when marinated the night before, it’s just 30 minutes on the grill and wa-la, perfect pork loin! I usually make 2 loins at a time, so there is leftovers for the next day’s lunch!!
Marinated Pork Loin
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup molasses
2 tablespoons brown mustard
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 pork tenderloin (for doing 2, I doubled the recipe but put it in 2 different bags)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large resealable bag, combine the marinade ingredients and add the pork. Seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. Prepare grill for indirect heat to medium-high. Drain and discard marinade. Spray the grill with Weber cookingh spray. Grilll pork, covered, over indirect heat for 30-40 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees, turning occassionally. Let stand for 10 minutes before carving.

That looks really good. I'm always looking for something different to do with pork.
I love a good pork tenderloin! This marinade sounds great.
Sounds super easy! I love pork recipes, but rarely make them…so I will have to try this!
My husband will love it, specially if it's marinated overnight! Have a nice day!
that looks great and easy! YUM! I think those veggies also caught my eye!
Yum – can't wait to try. I like the nice brown finish to your tenderloin – great texture. Can't wait to try!
Hi Annie: Thanks for stopping by. Depending on where you are in the midwest, you could stop in for breakfast. Please bring some of the pork tenderloin with you!! I have two in the freezer right now waiting for a good recipe. Eureka!
Best,
Bonnie
Mmmm. I love a good marinated loin! Molasses makes it extra tasty as well. Thanks for sharing!
This recipe is excellent, Anne. Thanks. We loved the brown outside and juicey white inside. It'll be a family favorite, I know. It was raining, so, I ended up cooking it the oven at 425 for about an hour. It was perfect!
