Cornflake Chicken Breasts

MMM, who doesn’t love a good chicken recipe?!?  This is so easy and the chicken stays incredibly moist!! Serve it over the Creamy Angel Hair Pasta and oh, la, la!!

Cornflake Chicken Breasts
INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup Ranch dressing
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Pour salad dressing into a shallow bowl.  In another shaloow bowl, combine the cornflake crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.  Dip chicken in dressing, then coat with crumb mixture.  Place in a greased shallow baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Try this with Creamy Angel Hair Pasta

Anne you're right the chicken is so moist when you coat them with this mixture! I made something similiar to this last week (a few different ingredients and I cooked mine on the stove) and we just loved them!

I've seen the idea of adding Ranch to things like fried chicken before. I really need to try that. It sounds awesome.
