This was suppose to be the Dessert of the Month last month, and it still was, but I’m not going to burden you with the recipe it is 2 PAGES long. But thanks to Mary for this wonderful dessert that she gave to us on Hubby’s birthday, we all loved it, and I’m sure you’ll never make it again.
And since the list I gave you all a few weeks back was such a hit, I thought I’d share some more of my favorite sites with you:
Annie’s Eats Yes, another Annie and she’s got the cutest darn blog around! Her recipes are wonderful and her photography is superb!
Kevin This is one of the few men bloggers that I follow, but Kevin has been up to this blogging thing for years and his archive is immense!! From food to photography, this site is top notch!
Let’s Dish This is one of the newer sites that I am following, but I love everything about it and she cooks for sons and a husband just like I do!
Shamrocks & Shenanigans This is another newer blog to my list, but it’s just so cheery and like a breath of fresh air when I get to her home page! And great recipes to boot!
The Double Dipped Life Krista truly does a blog justice and her recipes are to die for. I can’t wait to get my Big Girl camera so I can take photos just like her!

That dessert is calling for me to eat it! I hope I get a yummy treat tomorrow for Valentine's Day!
Lovely dessert! I know what you mean about a Big Girl camera. Little did I know when I started my blog a year ago, how important a good camera would be for food photography. I'm going shopping for mine tomorrow. Sounds like the perfect Mother's Day gift.
