Spiced Pecans

This is truly an oldy but a goody kind of recipe, it has been around for ages, but is really a great snack to have out at the holidays.

Spiced Pecans

1 egg white
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 pound whole pecans

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. With a fork, beat the egg white and water together until frothy. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix the pecans with the syrup in a large bowl. Place the pecans flat side down on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and seperate.

These sound good, I'll have to make them. Anything that has cinnamon in it sounds good to me! Anne I just love your recipes and look forward to checking out your blog everyday!
